Working with young people at Reach A Hand has made so proud of my generation and we can do to better the lives of others.
These young people are Reach A Hand with their slogan, ‘Young people for Young People’ are making sure that other young people get access to sexual reproductive health information and services through different approaches like music projects, Flash mobs, social media campaigns, plays, games and peer educator training.
This week, I travelled with the Reach A Hand team to Kisenyi a Kampala slum. This place is the home and heart of street children and Reach A Hand was bringing them a concert through their music project, a flash mob aimed at distributing condoms and free HIV/AIDS testing.
My question to you is; what are you doing to have people in your community access sexual reproductive health information and services?
Below are some of the images I took during the flash mob and concert.
